1. Site Investigation
We will come to your site and conduct a full examination of the site conditions. Including size, landscape, falls, vegetation that may hinder construction, etc. From this site investigation we will be able to give you an answer, within 95% accuracy, of what you will be able to build in your space. We will talk with you about your dreams for your project. Whether that be a new home, renovation, extension, or separate residence such as a granny flat. You will be able to ask us any questions you may have relating to the build of your new construction.
2. Initial concept sketch
Having done the site investigation, and based on discussions with you, we will draw up some preliminary concept plans. These will detail a floor plan of the proposed construction. These concepts will be based on your own individual requirements.
3. Detailed architectural plans
Having reviewed the initial concept sketches with you, and after you have many any changes you would like, we will be at the stage ready to have an architect draw up the plans. This stage requires a payment commitment of $990. This amount will be reduced from the build cost should you proceed with construction. This money covers the architect costs that we will incur to have the plans drawn up. This does not require you to commit to the full build, and if you choose not to proceed, the new plans will be yours to keep.
4. Acceptance
Once the architect returns the completed plans you will have opportunity to make any final changes. At this stage we will also be able to give you a complete all-inclusive quote for the construction of your dream project. If you accept our quote and proceed to build with us we will provide a fixed price Master Builders Association (MBA) residential building contract.
5. The Build
Sit back, relax, and watch your dream project come to life. We will remain in contact throughout the build process ensuring that we exceed all your expectations.
